NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the St. Tammany Parish Communications District No. 1, until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 18, 2017, and then opened and read publicly at that time by the District’s Staff for the following project:

New 9-1-1 Communications Facility
Each Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside of the envelope shall show the name and address of the Bidder, the State Contractor’s License Number of the Bidder (if work requires contractor’s license), the Project name and the Bid number.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. CST/CDT on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at 510 E. Boston Street, Suite 200, Covington, LA 70433. The Pre-Bid Conference is NOT mandatory but highly recommended.
Bids will be received at 510 E. Boston Street, Suite 200, Covington, LA 70433 from each bidder or his agent and given a written receipt.
